As the Executive Game Producer, you will be part of the Game Development team, taking ownership of overall in-house and third-party game studios’ project management. The Executive Game Producer will report to the Game Development Director and will lead a team of three direct reports. Additionally, the Executive Game Producer will:
- Ensure that the development of all game projects occurs in a timely manner and within budget while meeting quality standards;
- Collect business requirements from stakeholders and delegate work packages to producers;
- Create a culture where individuals take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for their tasks;
- Optimize project management, communication, and reporting processes and implement a solid project-management reporting structure;
- Manage a team of internal and external producers;
- Manage overall risk analysis and the scope of the game development process;
- Coordinate projects across different departments and geographical locations;
- Set and track productivity goals and targets for the studios;
- Identify efficiency improvement areas;
- Contribute to building an positive environment and work attitude.
